Havells Water purifier installation and exchange query

Thinking of ordering Havells RO from amazon, have following queries , contacted havells and amazon support, only getting ambiguous answers-

1) Can i order the RO at one address and then schedule installation at another address (different city but within 5 kms radius)

2) Exchange is giving 2000 extra off, they havent mentioned any specific details if they accept only RO, so can i give "Tata Swach" water purifier (those gravity ones) ? Will they accept it ?

Any other suggestions are welcome w.r.t Havells
