HDFC Application is pending due to VKYC.

I have applied for a Tata Neu Infinity Credit card on 3 Apr 2023 and Application is pending due to VKYC.
VKYC link is expired for me. No further update from bank.
Customer care told me that I need to visit the branch. As we cannot track application.
Current status : IN PROCESS
How to get VKYC link from HDFC bank?
Can anyone let me know how long does this take?

Hdfc sent me an sms containing contact no. Of executive (3rd party company) who performs KYC.
I will not get the card if sms deleted.
In this case, branch, customer care both are helpless because they don't have tracking.
I had contacted to that no.
From Hdfc, No follow-up mail or sms
