HDFC Bank - Unable To Send More Than 5000 using UPI

See if there is any limits for you transaction in net banking. Or maybe debit card transaction limits.

Checked Debit Card Transaction Limits, Everything is fine there. What else could be the issue??

Try checking with customer care. I had earlier one account in psu, where they gave very low limit for upi. But hdfc worked fine always.

I also recently upgraded to preferred. Didn’t face any issue.

If it was working earlier for you, then they might have disabled something during upgrade.

Doing 20k to 30k UPI yesterday and today

This happened with me in Federal Bank when I changed my mobile number. It got resolved on it’s own (I didn’t complaint to Federal Bank)

same with my SBI upi but can pay merchant over 5k

Yep just checked I’m also able to pay merchant over 5k. Did you found any resolution??

Nope, Just received a call from them saying that they have corrected the issue and when I tried to send today I was able to do so
