Recently I’m facing issues in sending money using UPI. Whenever I try to send more than 5000 my transaction always fail. 5000/day is the max I can send.
I haven’t changed my mobile number or my device. Does anyone know how to fix this??

See if there is any limits for you transaction in net banking. Or maybe debit card transaction limits.

Checked Debit Card Transaction Limits, Everything is fine there. What else could be the issue??

Try checking with customer care. I had earlier one account in psu, where they gave very low limit for upi. But hdfc worked fine always.

I recently got upgraded to their classic banking, Could this be the reason?? @Knight11 @christiano @Wontdisplaymyname

I also recently upgraded to preferred. Didn’t face any issue.

If it was working earlier for you, then they might have disabled something during upgrade.

Is it new device or did you reset your phone or reregister freshly for UPI?
