Depends which card you have
For super premium = Equal
For premium = 70-130% (existing card limit - topup more)
For base cards (like apay, au, Fk, etc. ) = 60% of regalia
Was my experience after chatting with card agent 2yrs back

I got 33% limit of existing cc even when existing cc had 95%+ limit was available.
