I have recently updated my address in HDFC portal and availed CC upgrade option. Today I received tracking number but the pin code is showing wrong in my updated address and it is showing package towards another state but address in different state. I tried to update address again in hdfc portal but it is not reflecting. Any work arounds other than dropping letter in bank or sending letter to main office?

I just need pin code to be updated

get it delivered to nearest branch once it is returned and picked from the branch

You can try calling customer care of both bank and courier and try explain what is happening. Most cases, either bank will pass on the update instructions to courier and some times courier folks will update in their portal and forward it to the right address.

Try as andomeda suggested, if it didn’t work then u will have to wait for return, i think return for cc doesnt happen to any bank but to office from where it is issued, so u will need to place another request

U can request local branch they in turn will request delivery to branch.
My card went to old address(2-3 yrs old) do not know how, card div had this old addr I guess, and told local branch the issue, they got the card delivered to branch and I collected it in person.
