I am holding a classic banking with them, every time when I need something to be done my rm is demanding me to come to branch. Whether this is how it’s done? The other classic banking customers, please comment whether they will come to your house?

tell them u r a classic customer but ur RM is arrogant and is asking u to visit branch everytime, tell them u r closing ur account due to unprofessional behaviourhdfc takes such complaints very seriously, it impacts on executives salary/promotion etc
same day u will receive call from branch manager, u r RM will be frightened
yes please complain with hdfc via official channels
few years ago
my rm opened an rd without my permission and I did complained about it
I got calls from cluster manager head and all and they begged to take the complain back and till date they remember me and behave in very appropriate way now
I asked my family member account to add to the classic portfolio, and he is telling that branch visit is must, and he is a new joiner his login credential are not activated and he is saying RM can only add members no other can add the members. He is telling that it will take entire October month for the process.But my records are saying that branch manager name as my RM.
It’s doesn’t take whole month.. once you fill and submit form it should be done in 10 working days
He even has the audacity to say why do you want your family member to classic, just ask him to required balance on his account
Useless rm.. ask him why do you have a family group then? Complain to grievance officer saying he’s not helpful.
Is it mandatory to maintain 1 lakh amount in classic account? What if I don’t keep 1 lakh?
I am also receiving classic banking from few days…..is it chargable? And what if i dont maintain 1L balance.
I have again got classic banking invitation.
Are FD rates same for standard & classic accounts?

FD rates vary on the amount you want to deposit. They never vary on the type of account you hold within the domestic customer category.
Depends on the issue , but most of them are solved over the phone
Mostly Rm calls for branch visit when they are trying to sell you a ULIP or some Bs Insurance plan
