Anybody else’s classic account got downgraded to Standard account ?

It will be a bug mostly will get updated in few days , happening frequently nowadays

yes, but they won’t check for balance once the account is upgraded.
you can sent a mail to your RM or WhatsApp him he can check and confirm

You contacted the RM? My RM is a new girl. She doesn’t know anything at all. 

Last month I contaced her regarding some issue, and she said she didn’t have any clue about that. She told me she will ask her manager and revert back to me, but never did.

wont they say that 1 lac balance is required, thats why your account is downgraded ? Its the easiest thing they can say

last time when it happened on Jan, I asked him he said it will be sorted and confirmed after checking from his classic profile users list and last Friday was his last working day in HDFC and waiting for a new RM allocation now. 
last week he raised a request for preferred upgrade for me as well but system declined it due to some days criteria

as per the terms it says but won’t be checked as far as I have seen based on other users comments , you can wait for few days and see

That’s unwarranted just for 5 days. Maybe a bug, just load the balance and call customer care. You can withdraw later.

Actually it wasn’t maintained for whole month. 

Sometimes it goes upward of the required balance. Moat of the time due to expenditures, it goes down. So according to the rules I can’t say balance was maintained

That was in normal pdf statement in Enquire -> AC statement Last  5 years -> current month

In last month smart statement it was showing Classic in header.

Issue is only for classic and preferred customer not for imperia customer.
