a) the application is completed end-to-end digitally by the customer without taking any bank representative assistance
b) the customer performs 1st transaction of Min. Rs. 500 within first 14 days.
Gift voucher code will be sent to customers within 60 days of card issuance month.
I got the card when hdfc restarted the cc service. T&c’s were different then
PSA: Write to HDFC if you still haven’t received gift voucher worth Rs. 1500 for signing up for their credit card.
I wrote a mail to them on December 9, got the voucher code today.

The voucher of 1k they promised for 1 lakh spends in a quarter comes in 2 days but yes the 1500 promised on joining, i think nobody got it yet
I got my cc in Aug 2020 and still didn’t get 1500 amazon voucher. It’s waste of time to ask for it they will just play around

Yes, YOu are correct however they replied back with gvs after complaining within 7 days. don’t know why they don’t have automatic tracking
