Hey guys,
So I have applied for hdfc bank Millennia credit card on March 13th and 14th i got call for verification i think but it got disconnected and afterwards got mail saying it got rejected and i left it there. But today all of a sudden i first got sms from hdfc bank saying "Good News! We've emailed your new HDFC Bank Credit Card XXXXAPPNUMBER. You can start using it for online shopping. I checked email it was there in spam. I have opened and is attached with a link to view Virtual card. I tried clicking and went to their site but after input otp it didnt show any. I have tried 2-3 times it failed now im not getting any otp. It's quite funny actually it got declined but now its approved. Anyone know is this genuine or not ? and if yes im not getting otp now after 2-3 times tried and failed. Is their any cool down on otp receive ?

i too faced the exact same situation. got call for verification, i missed the call. then received mail it got rejected. then few days later it got approved and mail was in spam. virtual card was not working for me too. you have to wait for the physical card.

is it some kind of trick to not pick up verification call and your card will be approved later as verified by 2 dimers

Have sent documents their Chennai office… As i got email for some issue in address…. No income documents .. Was asked….

My application changed from DECLINE to INPROCESS today too! No email/SMS received yet though. It was a pre-approved Millennia 1L limit from NetBanking, very pissed that it was rejected.

3 days back I applied for HDFC MILLENIA card but after submitting the details I got instant rejection message. Looks there are system glitch otherwise having good cibil score along with salaried person having other bank credit cards too but rejection seriously 
No prior relationship with HDFC . Applied 6 months back after ban . Looks HDFC will not give me cards until I open account in HDFC.

Mine too had good cibil. I have 770+ while i applied and also included salary documents. The day after i got call but i missed it and then later got mail saying it got rejected then i abandoned it all of a sudden yesterday got mail saying approved so funny 😂

Have you tried checking status of our old application that got rejected again ? Because it seems all previously got rejected applications are now getting approved. Not sure what’s happening. It might be because of financial banking year ending maybe ?

Looks like they looked at rejected applications and approved the ones with high cibil score at year end to reach their targets

Exact Same Situation for me also, applied on 14th July - Rejected
Today (27th July) status is updated as APPROVE (and I got a Credit card Pin OTP Message), The funny thing is that when I call the RM, he doesn't even know the status of the approval.
How can I check the card variant and limit without the last 4 digits of CC?

Pre approved paytm hdfc credit card,
After background verification status shows DECLINE
5 days later get cll from hdfc and said that your card is approved
