Hey,
Is there any offer going on for HDFC ltf credit card without any tnc like add biller?
i saw this offer somewhere on YouTube but not able to find it on hdfc website.

Usually they send email and sms regarding this customized offer for ltf and Rs. 1000 amazon voucher.

Other way is login to your hdfc account and go to offers tab. You may find one offer for you.

Even if you dont find. Go to cards section, click on apply card and check eligibility and then close. Within 2-3 days, theybwill start offering you ltf cards as per your itr

No such thing, hdfc nowadays never offer ltf card by default unless you are an exceptional customer of theirs. HDFC also will not convert a card to ltf nowadays without any TnC.

If one apply for new credit card from 1st nov to 31 dec 2020 card is provided ltf without any tnc except for diners black and infinia

I have different issue with HDFC
Applied for CC and they declined….I am like ok just give me the reason for decline.
They are not telling anything more than some internal policy ….
Stupid part is they didnt even enquired about my CIBIL…just declined the application

So I have complain with Nodal officer + RBI ..

Nothing gonna happen.same happened with me with icici bank.i complained to nodal officer too and got the same reply as internal policies etc etc.

Thats why I have taken it up to RBI as well .. sunglasses
As per RBI notification it is required to give a reason for decline in writing, so I am not letting this go so easily smiling_imp

In this country bank are at full freedom to decline any application , and rbi will only come in picture if there is soem frauds
My suggestion is to look for alternative

For some time i was asking to raise my credit limit with sbi , they took doc and declined, i applied for simplysave they declines; i then studied all cards better the simplysave and arrived at amex who approved my card with double the limit as of sbi, now all my shopping goes thru amex , many month its zero nil bill with sbi , i will just keep it till its free , bad business strategy may be we mighy see sbi disinvestment and then these same sbi employee will loath their lazy a$$ somewhere in pit

So just dump the bank who dont give services rather then asking the reason ; internal policy will be reply and they will repeat it better then a parrot

Yes bank have right to decline but they have to give reason as well.

I have enough alternative, so I don’t care if they give me the card or not 😂…I am only after the reason of decline

Nopes…that’s not the reason ..

Internal policy is for evaluation/check of application…if some evaluation parameter fails(eg CIBIL score )..that becomes the main reason of decline .

as far as i know bank will say "internal policy " and label it as reason; you might not be able to get/extract that internal reason leave alone change it

but

we love revolutionary ; so keep a backup good card and fight will all might with this bank , who knows you may bring up next miranda rights

my suggestion ; social media -twitter, facebook (direct message + group post along with hashtag of screen shot ) on bank page and its chairman pag ealso make sure to include finance ministry , RBI and ministry of consumers its what bank fear

u also can file RTI – saying as human right violation – search for some consumer right or so

file case in consumer court .. u might end up with compensation from bank

bank can even pull some lame dame reason – like my icici was rejected for not giving official email (my corp forbid it sharing for personal reason and it mention credit card ).. i gone to higher up in icici , application revisited same reason stated (its their lameduck policy they have to bound by it ).. even if u were bank employee u too wud be fallowing that policy .. now direecting a bank to change its policy /computer AI algorithm is huge
