it will appear after 2-3 days, you will see 199+GST processing charges also in unbilled

then u call CC and request them to pre-close;

they will ask u to pay total outstanding+this FullAmount same day

Wait for a couple of days then under loans in cards section you'll see the no cost emi amount. Now call the customer care and tell them that you'd like to cancel the NCEMI. Once they give you confirmation on how much you need to pay(some pre closure charges but nowhere close to the 3% on the outstanding amount) that within 2 days.

The whole process should be smooth.

Correct.
Why to cancel it?
As he said, all ccs txns take about 2-3 days to reflect in your account...
They will charge you 199+GST for your whole tenure and really would be beneficial for you if the discount captured via no cost emi was more than usual...

It reflected after 2 days. Funny thing is Billing date is yesterday. They charged 1 EMI to current cycle. Asked them to preclose it today morning.

preclosure charged were 0 and interest of 45 Rs + GST was levied on 98000 (kept 18 months No cost EMI)

So finally Net Benefit after all these resulted in 16000.
