So i applied for HDFC Credit Card from netbanking, got the preapproved Moneyback+ Credit card delivered today.
But in netbanking it was not appearing however it was there in mobile banking. Then had to register it in netbanking.
I tried to set the PIN through internet banking it gave an error ‘The transaction is currently not available for your account. Please contact our 24 hour call center for further assistance.’
Tried IVR it said your limit for the PIN Generation has reached.
Contacted the Phonebanking and the support person helped me to set the PIN.
Now the problems which i am facing is :
If ur card is working then wait till monday
Transaction done on bank holiday takes time to show under unbilled transaction
If on monday u r not able to see in netbanking then complain to CC.
For Card LTF ask cc

When you do transaction it shows under authorization. It gets unbilled after settlement at merchant end. In hdfc it take 1-2 days after transaction to appear under unbilled.
To check unsettled txns, use mycards.hdfcbank.com

wait for 7-10 days to get updated everything in system. new cards or account takes some time. due date will be updated soon automatically.

Go to THIS link
Enter the details and see if it shows that it is APPROVED.
If it is approved then you will get an sms from HDFC Bank soon to track your credit card.
Also your credit card will show first on your mobile banking app so keep an eye.
