I have applied for credit card upgrade offline via bank from moneyback to diners privilege as per income criteria. It has been more than 2 weeks but I haven’t received any email regarding this. how much will they take to upgrade it or communicate

finally i have got my card after 20+ days. now hdfc is providing cc as ltf without any conditions from 1st nov to 30 dec, go for it

Can you elaborate what steps you took?
1. Which documents provided salary slipper itr or card to card basis?
2. Is there any credit limit increase or same credit as before?
3. How long you were holding Moneyback card.
Did you applied via branch with your rm or by yourself?
