Check your HDFC netbanking to see if you have received an upgrade offer for a better LTF card.
Many users are reporting upgrade offers to LTF Diners Black and even Infinia.
Upgrade offers seem to be a bit arbitrary, people with low CL have been offered LTF Infinia, while some with high CL regular spend patterns have missed out. Go figure those algorithms.
In any event you may end up with a better card. All HDFC card variants have been considered for this upgrade bonanza, apparently
If not, check if your RM can do anything.

All I get when I check for card upgrade is the message that ‘We apologize, but this facility is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.’
Currently, I hold money back and upgrade available to EMV visa regalia first card. Please suggest me to upgrade or not.

Cash redemption available for all hdfc cards.
No upgrade charges. However you should find out card is LTF or FYF.
spends based offers based on card usage does not specific to card category.
