today upgrade option is showing from regalia to millennia and regalia first
should I upgrade? regalia is ltf but no idea about this upgrade related to whether it will be ltf or not.

I am getting option of diner club Privilege and millenia. I already hold Millenia DC.. which card should I apply for? Should I go for Diner privilege or would it be better if I stick with millenia?

Upgrade offers rolled out by HDFC In recent days are not LTF, but paid. So, if you are planning on taking a card from that list, it’ll likely be a paid card from your LTF card currently.
Furthermore, both offered cards are actually downgrades compared to Regalia. However, ultimately it depends on your preferences after looking at the features of each card.
