HDFC Credit Cards - I got limit increase offers in netbanking for 2 of my family cards.

I just opened HDFC netbanking and in “Credit Limit Enhancement” section, i was able to see limit increase offers for 2 of my credit cards (belonging to my family members).
The last limit increase was in July or August.
Is it possible that HDFC system evaluates and generates limit increase offer at end of every 6 month period?
