HDFC debit card cashback not credited (Jan 23)

I've paid CC bills of ~20k on Jan 12th using HDFC Billpay + Platinum Visa DC. However, the DC cashback isn't credited till date (generally credited within 24 hrs).
Has there been a change of policy recently, or do I need to connect with their customer care for a resolution.

Last month the same happened to me and credited after 10 days
I did one transaction through Mobikwik. It been 3 days, Points still not credited.
Did the rest of the transaction today via billpay.
Let see which gets credited first.

How many days will it take for cashback points to show?

You can use both netbanking and mobile app but make sure to pay using a debit card only

Paid via mobikwik and got cashpoints on easyshop platinum debit card, merchant name came as one mobikwik

@getready any idea on usind HDFC easyshop platinum card on Mobikwik and getting 1% ? I am aware of HDFC bill pay only.
i paid on 6th Feb using Platinum debit card on mobiwik, till not the cash back is not credited. hope the 750 limit is based on calendar month

Same thing is happening with me. I have paid Credit Card bill via Mobikwik using the Platinum debit card and I have not received the cashback points.
I have received it multiple times before 8th Jan 2023. But the payment I did on 8th Jan, I have not received any cashback points.
