Hello dimers,

I have upgraded my hdfc millenia card to platinum debit card. But they have charged me 885 that is 750+gst.

How can i get the refund of the charges?

Please help me as it was happened in two accounts.

Why you upgraded? For normal 10k account you can’t get refund.

there is a way through Internet banking check if it shows in your account cards section upgrade or visit branch fill up form and make sure they enter correct card code for issuance

2) What will happen to cashback which will credit in comings months on current dc ?

i applied for hdfc platinum card after using millenia card for 40k this month… will iget 400 cashback for millenia as well as platinum 750 cb if i pay 75k bills?
