Rent payment from HDFC CC will not earn reward points

My main use of using HDFC diners black card was rent payment. It had 2 benefits: reward points and monthly 80k usage vouchers.
Now, there will not be any points for rent payment. Bye bye
Now looking for another card with similar reward for rent payment. Suggestions please.

Usually, HDFC credits the reward points for rent and property management transactions in the beginning of the next month. So, if I pay rent with my HDFC credit card in the month of December 2022, will I get my reward points in January 2023? Or will the rewards be cancelled since this revision comes into effect from 1 January 2023?
Is it applicable to all HDFC credit cards? I did not receive any email regarding this.

Not sure if this has been clarified or not, but I don't think international merchants means any international company, right?
I guess it would only mean that places where you would normally pay in their currency, but end up converting to INR directly would attract the 1% charge. Merchants that directly charge INR as well, like Google does, would likely not attract the extra 1%?
