Any significant benefits of dinners club privilege (2500 annual fee) as against Regalia LTF?
I watched couple of videos i couldn't find anything except golf access

Regalia has priority pass while diners privilege provides lounge access via diners network, priority pass is always better than diners network lounge access.

Regalia rupay variant for UPI QR payments.
Go for privilege if your monthly spends are 40k.
Diners gives amazon prime swiggy mmt etc, not sure if regalia does

Do we get cashback or rewards and how much?
Although my spendings are way less than 40k per month, so very rarely I'll get the benefit.
Can someone let me know the monthly milestone criteria. Is it from billing date or 1st of the month? And does it include wallet or rent transaction

It is from 1st of the month. Includes wallet and rent also.

Is there a daily limit on Rupay Credit Card payment via UPI scanner like max 1lakh?

If possbile do everytime more than Rs2001+ UPI transactions because transaction above Rs2001+ MDR charges applied, Banks get MDR fees.
Some customers CC link UPI is already blocked because they are misusing the Free UPI service.
@Tjs15
I'm in the exact same situation like you but won't take Diners Club Privilege (Paid) as I'm more than satisifed with Regalia (LTF) as my spends have dropped on HDFC cards and limited only to bank offers.
For rest of the transactions, SBI Cashback for online (5% cashback) and Axis Flipart for offline (1.5% cashback).

SBI Cashback is great for all online spends except for utility bill payments
And Axis Ace is great for all utility payments who are Android users
so, both are exclusive cards but considering you've ways to get Amazon GV at 5% cashback from where you can pay utlility bills, SBI Cashback stands out
