HDFC Ergo health insurance zone classification?

Recently I took optima secure insurance policy from hdfc ergo I belong to Zone III will I need to pay anything extra or insurance won't applicable on Zone 1 If I get admitted while at Delhi or Mumbai. I read their brochure and policy wordings there is no mention of it anyone please clarify this

I would be extremely difficult to get a good policy at that age. Especially so if they suffer from any health conditions, even typical issues like sugar and BP.
Also, if you approach agents, they might suggest not disclosing pre-existing conditions. Don't take that suggestion, because if found out, the insurer would likely refuse claims in future citing your non-disclosure and there won't be any point in having the insurance.
