HDFC Ergo health insurance zone classification?

Recently I took optima secure insurance policy from hdfc ergo I belong to Zone III will I need to pay anything extra or insurance won't applicable on Zone 1 If I get admitted while at Delhi or Mumbai. I read their brochure and policy wordings there is no mention of it anyone please clarify this

Also, if you approach agents, they might suggest not disclosing pre-existing conditions. Don't take that suggestion, because if found out, the insurer would likely refuse claims in future citing your non-disclosure and there won't be any point in having the insurance.
