HDFC Intermiles signature

Yup, got the same message for intermiles platinum card.. but haven't received any mail regarding card variant or anything

Last month ICICI also told me that they are exiting the contract they had with Intermiles.

I received the same message yesterday only but didn't receive any email on this.

My cousin received same message earlier today but no mail received. As he stays in Metropolitan City, I am sure he receives card before the mail. 

Same happened last time, his Platinum Card was replaced and he received the card. Mail received later that old platinum card had some issue so they voluntarily replaced card. 

I just talked to my relationship manager, even he is oblivious to this 😄. Now he is checking in the bank whether this is correct information or a rumor.

This is what I got from them on Twitter.

Hi Rohit, we wish to inform that the Intermiles credit card has phased out, hence your card will be upgraded to new card basis eligibility. Once the new card is dispatched you will receive an intimation SMS to your registered mobile number. We appreciate your patience in the interim. -Varun, Service Manager

This might be slightly off topic but I have a feeling that intermiles might be going under if hdfc and icici both are exiting contract with intermiles at the same time.

Yes, it is confirmed that intermiles card is getting phased out and they don't know which card will be issued as a replacement.

Unless jet 2.0 comes back and ties up with intermiles

Very true but from the press reports jet 2.0 is struggling to take off and intermiles will be on the lower priority to fix.

Jet 2.0 has no connection with intermiles which is owned by Etihad. even if it takes off, there is a very remote possibility of Intermiles being the royalty program.

In that case looks like intermiles will die a slow death
