To achieve quaterly spend based milestone , how does HDFC count spends ? Do they count month wise like Jan , Feb , March or count against the statement date. Can somebody elaborate ?

What happens to milestone benefits after refunds? Say I got the vouchers, claimed and used and then refunds are issued. Will they charge now extra for claiming those vouchers, as they can’t be refunded.
