can i use rewards debit card (which has cap of 2000 points per month) to get 5% + 5% cashback beyond this 400 limit as of millenia?

If debit card, Buy Amazon gift card via Gyftr for 5% Smartbuy Cashback (upto ₹1000 or more depending on card variant) + 5% Card benefit (upto ₹400). And use this to pay Insurance bill
