HDFC Millenia Credit Card LTF Query

Guys 3 days back I've got Pre-Approved HDFC Millenia Card offer. Got a call from my home branch. So the Credit Card agent send me a WhatsApp link and I've applied for the card with his link and also filled that HDFC card Employee code in my application and card approved today. But Now I got to know that I'm not going to get that 1.5k Amazon voucher because I've taken assistance from HDFC employee but is my card will be LTF or the LTF offer also void? I don't give a damm about that voucher but i want my card to be LTF. Please someone clarify.

Now only customer service can confirm that.
The last option is to register a biller in the smartpay, if nothing works. But, you should try your options first. Someone posted here about mailing (to redressal) to convert to LTF, try that way first.

I'm trying to get a HDFC Card from last 2 years but every time rejected. So i thought if I put employee code in my application better chances of approval. Because HDFC even decline pre approved card application.

Not to worry now.. HDFC seems on its way to devaluate this card now, so can get LTF status easily. Just follow up with the redressal first.
There will be a spend condition I guess. It’s 50k within 3 months for Millennia LTF.

Yes. AFAIK it will count. I read in earlier threads here on DD. Also mail to priority redressal to confirm LTF status once spends achieved. Also you can mail to ask for LTF criteria. I asked for LTF criteria once I got the card. Then achieved the spend condition and then confirmed LTF status.

Does Millenia give points on wallet loading through Amazon?

-TO MAKE THIS CARD LIFE TIME FREE: Spend 50,000 or take Add on card or Balance transfer (Min 10k tranx) from other bank credit card within 90 days of card Opening date
-First year Fee waiver basis active smartpay or Easy EMI tranx of Min Rs 10,000 within 90 days of card opening date
These are the T&C for it, cna someone explain these?

Should I apply for the card in the first place? and then how to apply for an add-on card?
I did the same thing through the agent who kept on calling me. They made me check smartpay option for getting LTF. When asked about Amazon voucher while applying and taking assistance they said people usually don't get the vouchers when they apply by themselves. They said after 3 months I can remove smartpay and will get LTF which was not true as per the online customer care. Had to esclate to the nodal officer. Had so many back and forth emails and calls and final resolution was they made me apply for add-on card for a family member to make it LTF.
Now the worst part is I cannot set the pin for add-on card via app/netbanking. Even the green pin OTP is also not working at the ATMs. Now have to wait for the physical pin.
Worst experience and lesson learnt is never to trust the agents and always better to do it online without any help.

We understand your concern regarding Lifetime free status of your credit card account.
In this regards, we observe from our records that you are holding Millennia credit card. The same would attract Membership fee of Rs.1000 plus GST annually.
However, the same can be reversed if you register your credit card for SmartPay facility.
We wish to clarify that Smart-Pay has to be in active status. Cancelling Smart pay will result in levy of Membership fee on card.
Further your card will be lifetime free, if you do Retail transaction amounting to Rs.50,000 within 90 days from the card set up date.
The renewal fee will not be levied if the spend threshold (Retail Spends) for a Minimum of Rs.1,00,000 has been achieved during the last 12 months period.

What's meant by RETAIL SPEND? Does rent payment comes under retail spend otherwise I'll have to find some other ways to achieve 50k spend target within 90 days.

Many people have had shared varied responses by HDFC regards to making LTF by smartpay (months needed for paid bills). Some say 3, some 6... But I suggest ensure 3 bills are actually paid in 3 months and then ask for LTF status marked on card or not. Once marked LTF, one can disable smartpay.
I am having issue for applying for this card. I got sms about this offer when I click link form opens with mobile and dob getting pass that modified card application page opens (looks same as normal card apply page but has offer tnc mentioned below) . Then after using mobile to login tells me thay I am existing customers and should login through cusID or debit(I am salary account holder) But doesn't let me login(says cusID and mobile number different). Please can anyone tell me what is happening
