Hdfc Millennia Debit Card users help

I opened hdfc max Savings bank account and opted for Millennia Debit card seeing 1% cashback on offline spend and 2.5% cashback on online spend .
I am using the card since November for atleast 20k-30k every month but till today points showing zero. Am i missing anything? Kindly give suggestions

Their cc sucks. I did. They said write mail. I wrote and they say wait. Every time their reply is we are working on it
Hdfc have most rewarding cards but no transparency. Reward policy of 90 days make it worst and untracable.
Axis is best now a days as it sends message that your trsnaction is eligible for so and so % of cashback

Some say first 2-3 months it takes time, thereafter regularly updated
I hope so else my keeping minimum 25k balance and spending so much is going to go waste
So,which card is suggest able for opening max saving account?Millenia or platinum? I heard they are rewarding 1% for utilities for platinum which we will able to cashback the rewards within 3-4 days..No points concept.
waste of choosing millennia cards. if you choose platinum card at-least you shud have got reward points for paying cc bills

It can take bit more than 90 days for first cashback to reflect in account. Even after that it doesn’t follow a set pattern. I have received cashback for nearly all the months though I mostly use it on SmartBuy site.
First reward comes in abt 4 month so chill . They will credit 2 months at the same time. Mine came after 4 months .
And when it comes do they mention which cashback for which transaction or just in total credit it
I am using from Jan 2021. HDFC has some crude process for millenia variants. I use both debit and credit card millenia variant from Jan onwards. Will love to see when you guys get. So will expect 2 months latter from that date. Do post please.

Saw your this comment now.. Hehe..looks like for the first time hdfc delays and then u ll get regularly next month onwards
@RockyBond i would suggest you to wait for this month. I also started to use the card around Sep/October and received first set of points last month.
But there is no transparency for which month those have been credited. If u don’t receive in a month’s time too, then plz inform your relationship manager
The first set of points u received was 400 or 800 directly for 2 months?
Try internet banking→cards→debit card→enquiry→cashback rewards
