Hi , I have received message to spend 12000 and above in the month of February, as I completed it still didn’t receive link to redeem it.kindly let me know if I’m missing something, again received message to spend 12k in March to get the reward!!

Not received single spend offers in my business moneyback credit card. Any specific reason?

Me neither. Occasionally I get 500rs bookmyshow voucher, but that’s it 
You should wait for 90 days from the end date of the offer…if u still don’t get mail them with the offer mail/sms with the statement..they will send within 7 working day… happened to me also.. but they sent 5k voucher code.
Contact your RM
They will send it after 3 months in SMS. I got it 2 times.
One time, the redeem SMS mixed up with spam messages and i missed to generate coupon within expiry time period. Then I contacted customer care over email, to my surprise they send me a new coupon.
HDFC generally fulfils rewards for spend based targeted offers in 90 days. Check T&C in SMS you received.
