HDFC mutual fund withdrawal not processing due to name mismatch

My father had "i" in his pan card spelling instead of "ee" in Aadhaar card spelling.
Bank accounts and every other document is as per Aadhaar card only.
But the demat is opened as per PAN CARD name. Mutual fund uses the demat name..
In Oct 2024, he deposited in 4 transactions from the same bank account and now in Dec 2024 he withdrawn it but those HDFC MF morons are not crediting the money and saying that the bank name is different.
It has already been 15 days. Never face such issue earlier, as he we have withdrawn in account with "ee" in Oct 2023 also.
They are saying to give them the name correction form filled up and submit offline, on email.
PAN CARD name correction request has already been given to UTI. I think it will take some 20-30 days to get it corrected.
Is there any way he can get the money in his account as amount is big and waiting for 20-30 days more will be a waste of time?
He does not have any bank with "i" in it.
During deposit they do not check anything and accepted it from the same account but during withdrawal they are applying 10-20 rules.

Just send them a notice that how they took money from another person with ee and invested it to your account with i .
Just Pan card spelling is wrong.
How can we send them notice?

Same with every financial institution in India.
My PAN correction was done in about 10 days (online in the PAN database) and then another 7 days for the physical PAN to reach my place. Overall, yes 20 days, max.
