I made a call to hdfc customer care on number 18002026161, strange to know that ivr is not able to authenticate tata new hdfc bank card. Then i took a diffrent root to talk to customer care executive, he told me to call on this number for tata neu credit card related queries 1800208282638. After selecting credit card the ivr simply disconnected the call informing to connect on chat via tata neu app.
What is going on between hdfc and tata , they are playing football or what?
I need to know if this card is ltf or not.
Any suggestions how to know?
