So since early march I've been getting frequent texts from hdfc of credit card
Now it is again showing under offers looks generic
So if I open link to check if there's any offer will hdfc do a hard pull & if yes at what step,
As soon as I enter otp or when exactly?
I just don't want a hard pull if it's not worth it

Did you get an upgrade offer or ask them to change it?

I asked them to change Master to Rupay
But they changed it to Visa and there was hard hit for same
