I had upgraded to classic banking last month but today when i checked nb, i saw an upgrade to preferred there.
My problems -
1. I would not be able to maintain above 2l all the time but above 1l is guaranteed. In this scenario if hdfc decides to downgrade me would it be back to classic or the lowest 10k MAB?
2. I am waiting for a pre approved cc offer preferably millenia/regalia. If they downgrade account will it spoil any chances of that?
3. Any charges associated with non maintenance of 2L?

Is there a way to upgrade by yourself ? Online. I got an invite too.
My RM isnt being helpful in upgrading.
