Hdfc refusing to give Unassisted cred card application ₹1500 voucher

They say hdfc employee assisted me hence they will not give.
But I applied on my own through netbanking as it was pre approved.
Is there a way to give evidence.
I have the application form hdfc sent.
Would there be an employee code or verbatim which proves i applied unassisted?

This field was empty I made sure cause no hdfc employee assisted me, only thing is I applied from cashkaro

You will not get it because you have used affiliated link.
LG Code and LC code you are seeing either can be filled manually or can be added in the URL itself. This is actually agent code and if you have added it during application via any mode your application will be considered as assisted by the agent.
You were thinking of getting double rewards but you should be aware of that by this offer HDFC is passing the same commission to you in form of voucher which it would pass to agent in case you have filled LG Code and LC Code
HDFC sends via email but after so much time that you forget about it. 
Till date I have received all vouchers and redeemed as well. They have a unique redemption system.
If they give it's Okay, if they refuse try only 2 - 3 times and don't fight leave it and close the card after using it for a year get maximum points redeem it and also read all t&c as sometimes if you close before 1 year you may be charged.

Apologies let me share some reason why I believe there is some merit that i should be getting 1500 (welcome voucher) + 1500 (ck cash)

3. Most important the banner itself when I applied suggested so. Attaching it 
LG LC codes proves that it is assisted by someone. Hence No voucher for you. You cant do now anything. Next time make sure this fields are empty.
