HDFC Regalia CC - Airport Lounge access removed

it's still there. Which terminal and lounge you were denied access to?

Did you cross-check this with HDFC customer care?

Nowadays lounge acces for borderline cards like regalia are based on the whims of the lounge reception. Unless u have the best of the best card which assure entry, some receptionist restrict entry with this excuse. Sometimes it's a power trip for them or sometimes the lounge is in fact full, or some other reasons.

Delhi Airport Terminal T2 & T3 are still listed in the eligible lounges for Regalia, though Terminal - 1D is excluded

I was travelling from T1 terminal. I double checked with him. He confidently denied stating banked has revoked access for Regalia Cards.

Had a flight to catch, hence didn't bother to check online.

So need new suggestions for best CC now. Have good Credit score. 790+

Delhi T1 is not on the list.

Just checked dreamfolks website and sadly no lounge of T1 have access via regalia

Take any axis card which has lounge access, covers T1,2,3 of IGI.

-ask for upgrade to Regalia Gold

RuPay Regalia have separate lounge access but recently HDFC updated Regalia lounge page and added RuPay in their lounge list.

Domestic lounge at Bangalore Airport Terminal 2 do not accept HDFC cards. Had to do with Axis. Staff informed that HDFC is not tied to the system yet. New list to be effective from May 2023 does not show T2

Mere ko koi bata do summary. Regalia lena chahiye ya nahi lounge access ke liye? Isme unlimited lounge hota tha na.

6 domestic and 6 intl lounge lekin don't know how OP was denied access to lounge at Delhi...Which was the terminal 1 a/b/c/d?

Wait, isn't the entry based on priority pass and it's impossible to not honor PP.

using hdfc since last 2 years, no problems. Even platinum debit card works

Did you use it in Terminal 2 ? It was opened only late last year.

I am just now denied for lounge access at Jaipur Airport with HDFC regalia card.

So useless…

Don’t use it

Regalia is declined at all airports now. Atleast for domestic lounges its declined for sure. Priority Pass linked to regalia is also denied at all domestic lounges. No prior communication from HDFC on this.
