Yes they do issue life time free cards, I have regalia first which is LTF
the person who is holding an account with hdfc is having approx 500k fd with them but they don’t use cc and dc
on clicking t&c its redirecting to applly card
If they are not directly giving ltf than, you can use smartpay and make your card ltf
Can someone tell me hdfc credit cards Customer care number & email id? They don’t even bother to mentioned or highlight it in kit. Also does hdfc cc has any official app for tracking details or we have to login in credit card website only to check details?
After getting hdfc & icici cc recently i realise, how good amex cc is 
Ye done me Customer care se baat ho jaye to lagta hai jung jit li 
& in amex I don’t have to even wait for talking with cc guys.

Customer service number should be at the back of your credit card. It if different for different card variants.

Yes, if the email says Life Time Free, it’s LTF for you.
Eligibility for HDFC credit cards has always been a bit of a secret. There are multiple parameters taken into account depending on the customer profile for the bank to offer credit card pricing.
Save the email though for future incase the bank charges you so that you can show it as proof.
