I have hdfc regalia card but their website dont mention exact details

I saw a statement on hdfc site, for regalia, saying Using Priority Pass in India will attract charges on your Credit Card. Does it mean we can use it for free for intnl but not for domestic lounge?

Priority passes will attract a charge if used domestically. Also, it'll attract charges after utilizing free visits internationally. HDFC Regalia primary cardholders and addon cardholders will get separate Priority passes. Each pass is to be used at the international lounge to get free access and food.
For domestic lounges, only the primary card and addon card are required.

AFAIK, your spouse won't be allowed. You'll have to get a separate card for her to avail the benefit.

Use card at domestic lounges. Priority pass Is only for international lounges. Using pp at domestic lounges will attract charges
