I just recieved the first statement of my hdfc millennia credit card. I had spends of around 26k. But in the cashpoints section it says i earned 1 point. How is that possible? What should i do?

Net banking says 1 point accured till date and 0 balance.
What transactions did you make? I think no reward points on wallet load, fuel purchase etc.

I have a mix of transactions some are bill payments from payzapp , a few are amazon transactions etc
I have same query. 1st Millennia statement generated but points are not matching.
Keep in mind one thing, millennia points are credited on calender month basis and will show on 2-3 day of next month but can be redeem after statement generation.
Try to match your points till 31st october txns and it should get match
Check on net banking…Is it showing the same?
