hdfc rewards redemption

I had redeemed my hdfc credit card reward points for Amazon vouchers of different denominations on Sunday (2000,1000,500). However, I have received voucher for only 2000 denomination on Monday. I have not received vouchers for other denominations. Can anyone let me know the expected time for remaining vouchers? After what time and whom should I contact in case of non-delivery?
