My Diners Premium Card was upgraded to Privilege card and reward points have been credited to new card. No issue with transactions.
I’m getting message The card details entered is not enabled for Rewards program. Please contact the Bank for more details. when I try to redeem for flight booking.
For older card, getting – Customer has been blocked for 6 false attempts . Most likely would have been disabled after 1st transaction with new card.
Is there some self service solution available rather than contacting customer care?
