So if I buy amazon gv with with regalia card i will receive 2000rs in regalia card statement
with debit card card 1000rs in points section
and with payzapp card i will receive cashback wallet
Is this correct or payzapp and Debit card will be 1000rs together ?
And how to get extra / addon debit – credit card ?

My question was — we get cashback per card like 1000 for payzapp and 1000 for debit card or only 1000 per acct.
Becoz here Both debit and prepaid card is mentioned under one line which is making confusion — (Other Credit / Debit card / Prepaid card — Rs. 1,000 cashback)

you can check and see if the transaction reads as smartbuy you will get CB
For cc the loophole is closed , as the GV transactions comes no longer as smartbuy but amazon pvt ltd
