HDFC smart EMI - Credit Card

Hi, I want to convert one of my transaction in HDFC credit card(Moneyback card) into smart EMI for 6 months. The amount is 18k.  Want to know the interest rate and processing fees for the same. Unable to connect to their customer care and hence this thread. TIA

Interest rate between 21% to 24%.
Don’t know about processing fees but you can check in netbanking. @flawlessking
