HDFC SmartBuy Cashback Discrepancy

I recently started transacting on HDFC SmartBuy and I find that HDFC Bank has been crediting wrong cashback amount for straight 2 months now.
In February, I transacted via HDFC SmartBuy 4 times, 3 on Amazon and 1 on Gyftr instant voucher.
From 22-24 February, 2021 … SmartBuy Extra Savings Day Sale was on wherein Amazon transaction were eligible for 10% cashback (over and above regular 5% cashback).
When I got the cashback in my CC statement, I could see that they’ve provided 5% cashback for all the Amazon transactions where 2 of my Amazon transactions were done in SmartBuy Extra Savings Day Sale.
For this, I’ve been following up with HDFC support over email and they have asked for every detail I could furnish and in the end I get to hear that I’ve got the correct cashback.
Does this happen with others too, if yes, please share your experience too. Also, if there’s a better way, which is phone call ofcourse, can you share the way to getting them to call me over phone. I swear if they do, I will go nuts because this is insane, following up on email with a turnaround time of more than 7 days and getting a lame reply from such a reputed bank.
Amazon is the best in terms of customer support. You find people with brains sitting behind the system when you connect with them. In case of HDFC Bank, I feel like banging my head onto the wall, very poor support team.

dude, clearly mentioned u may have to wait for 90 days.
Extra cash back is given in 90 working days.
For dec 23-25 offer, it is credited after 7th Apr
You sure? I didn’t see anything as such written in terms and conditions of the offer.
Although for the second month straight this has happened, it might be the case that remaining extra cashback may be provided later but clearly I didn’t see any specific mention in offer terms and conditions.

Happens with me all the time. I get cashback first time as “Smartbuy Nov 20” and after a month or so another cashback as “MP01 Smartbuy Nov 20”.
Counting on this, probably this is the explanation I was looking for and also justifies what happened with me.
Let’s see, will have to wait for a long time to confirm this.

Same happened with me. For march 21 transaction i got only 5% cb instead of 10%.
Got the remaining cashback for February Smartbuy SALE, meaning by got after 90 days of offer end month i.e. February 2021 tagged as “MP01 SmartBuy extra sale Feb CB 22 to”
But, I should be getting 297.87 and I got 202.14 only. I can’t see what calculation justifies this, will email them and probably after a month or so will get no justification.
Others, would like to know your take on this. Did you get the correct (extra) cashback for Smartbuy promotional offers?
OK, let me tell you about my cashback details
i did a transaction on 1. irctc smartbuy of rs. 2550
2. on amazon smartbuy of rs.64999 ( during smarbuy month end sale)
after this transaction i got cashback in following sequence:
1. smarbuy February 21 435.01
2. smartbuy february 21 2000.00
3. now this month i got 1000
I contacted HDFC Smartbuy helpline and got to know that monthly limit is Rs. 1,000 for Regalia First.
That’s why for normal cashback in February 2021, I was paid Rs. 797.87 in March first week and rest Rs. 202.14 I got credited in June first week.
But wasn’t the offer in February SALE that 1,000 is limit for regular cashback and 2,000 is for extra cashback making it total cashback limit of 3,000 per card no matter which variant card it is excluding Infinia & Diners Black?
Need some help and input from experienced peeps please!
