Also don’t fall for vouchers . Go ahead only for discount . They will provide vouchers but if the seller/provider cancels it , it will be wasted . Got one wasted this year

I also did many transactions through smartbuy and received email from Amazon confirming it. But didn’t get any cashback.
Finally fought with them wrto one transaction and have them all proof. They unapologetically gave me cashback only for that month. It’s not possible to provide proof and details for each transaction and fight with them.
I’ve been keeping all the proofs since my first complain way back in December last year… The tracking of hdfc sucks… Also it’s difficult for us to remember all the transactions we’ve done in last 120 days.. (90 days from.month end which makes almost 120 when it is done on 1st of the month).
I also received cashback in terms of voucher. As this is after 90 days, this comes as a surprise!!!. getting 1000 or 2000 rupee voucher is really surprising 
Hi, Got Rs250 Unique Voucher Code(password) from hdfcbank but when we trying to redeem says invalid details. Any solutions?
When did u transact?
I have received 750 voucher for spend based offer on hdfc for june and also july.
Now in Oct also I fulfilled required spend for possible ₹ 2000.
I keep email from hdfc as proof until I get voucher/cashback.
Transactions we can always prove based on statements.
Will the 10x points be additional points or will fall within monthly limits DCB/Infinia ?
