Depends if your limit is above 8L or not.

Also, depends if you want to pay the annual fee for infinia or not. If you are getting infinia also LTF then go for infinia. If you can get enough value out of annual fee paid for infinia, which is easy to do imo, then go for infinia paid also. 

Otherwise DCB ltf is a great offer too. Will take you closer to ltf infinia possibly..

Easymytrip always has a coupon code to go without convenience fee. Current code is EMTNCF. 

So far I have observed that no other way to get cheapest ticket but to pay 0 convenience fee. Because convenience fee also attracts 18% GST. Do let me know if I am missing something.

Convience fee is just around 300 rupees. 20% discount on even 4k ticket is 800 rupees. So, I never use that coupon code.

Right now my regalia limit is lac. Ok for now let me get the free DCB alumni offer as it is in principal approved. After that, latest after 1 year i will try for upgrade to infinia. Hopefully they also increase my card limit from 4 lacs with upgrade to dcb

As per new offer it is 3X on voucher for dcb , so it becone 3 3X3 = 9.9% if you redeem your points on flight

Regarding your query, if you can meet 5L spends criteria on your dcb, it is still a no brainer. Monthly milestones, occasional promotional offers provide good value .

I got privilege to dcb first year free upgrade offer then I wrote an email to HDFC, I was trying to get DCB LTF, but they offered me that I can continue with privilege which is already LTF and split the limit and can also get dcb first year free with 5L limit. Then I saw this thread and asked them not to proceed. I may not be able to spend 5L and don’t want to end paying 11800 fees, in last 1 yr I have hardly spent 1L using HDFC privilege. So what I am.planning now is – will take millennia with 1L limit as dual card and will continue with privilege 8L.limit. so that door remains open for Infinia or DCB if they offer LTF in future. Does that make sense? I will apply for Millennia tomorrow.

You plan is good but check with your RM if HDFC can offer the new millenia card with 1L limit. Do remember that millenia may also comes with fees and you will need to meet target spends for making it free. As your yearly spends is <1L, millenia will serve your purpose.

This is live now. Good thing is that it is valid only for February. So there is possibility of quick revision in March😅.

Lol, there is a daily limit also now apart from monthly limits. With reduced reward rate, this won’t be a problem.

Now maximum reward cap on per day DCB is 2500. Masterstroke 😂

Say the Jan t&C had Jan 1-31, Dec had Dec 1-31 and so on.

Unless you need the money. don’t do that. Still infinia is the best rewarding card. Just that it’s not that much rewarding as it was previously.

All offers would go away sooner or latter. Get these benefits for some more months while hdfc is still giving

No, that isn’t right. I remember that it mentioned like June 2020 as start date last month. Even now I downloaded the Terms and conditions from hdfc website and it says the same.
