I am trying to buy amazon pay GV from HDFC Smartbuy but transaction is failing. Anyone else facing the same issue ? any way to resolve?

Yes, I am also facing issue from so many days now. It is not working if you buy flipkart, amazon vouchers but it is working fine if you buy zomato, bigbasket. I tried to follow up on twitter but issue is still not fixed for me. Please let me know if your issue gets resolved.

- ₹50,000 in 90 days
Note: Limits are applicable to eGift Card purchases made using the same customer account or mobile number or credit card(s) linked to account. Amazon can disable credit cards for purchase of Gift Cards from time to time on select accounts. You can use any of the other permitted instruments such as Debit Cards, Netbanking and UPI in case you do not see the option to use credit card on your Gift Card purchase.
