HDFC voucher redemption issue

Bro try after sometime, their redemption site always has some issues. Card upgrade is not a problem.

Still I am not received sms

It is taking to a thriwe website. Looks like it's external site.

Redeemed my voucher without any issues

Now it allowed me to type my phone number in thriwe, but sms is not coming

Any millenia card holder got the sms?

Still I am not received voucher  I called to  CC they simply told u can wait 24 to 48 hours anyone facing this issue what I Wil do?

I never receive spend based offers, what action is required to get those?

Got a swiggy voucher of 200rs validity till April 2nd 2025. Unaware of any TnC. Can I trade it to others for 100rs agv ?

The mail had the below content , is it tied to my mobile number or any one can use it ?
