[HELP] Airtel Broadband Payment Issue

This is specially for the airtel broadband users. Kindly guide me through.

I had opted for safe custody while I was on advance rental plan of airtel broadband. The payment for ARP was made upfront for 6 months. Now that I have resumed the connection after 3 months, will the charges be settled from the remaining balance of ARP or it will lapse?
I talked to the customer care executive and their supervisor who denied me the services from the ARP after resuming my connection and also charged me for the safe custody during the period of 3 months. It’s very unethical on airtel’s behalf to charge the customers for both the plan and safe custody at the same time. Had I known this earlier, then surely wouldn’t had opted for safe custody and pay extra.
How can I get this resolved with airtel?
