Hi All,
I am unable to get the option of downloading pdf receipt for the prepaid recharge that I made for Rs. 499 under transaction section.
However, I am able to download the receipt for my previous recharge that I did for Rs. 558.
Dumb customer care asked me to clear cache of the app to get the receipt download option.
Guys, I need the receipt. Pls suggest me ways to get airtel down on their knees because this is really not acceptable that a customer is being fooled by not giving him receipt for the services availed.
Pls let me know how can I file complaint against airtel with Trai or Consumer court.

Yes, I emailed them, got irrelevant dumb reply.
Did u try website?
Yes, I tried. In website, they are not even showing my recharge history
why u need receipt if transcation is successful
To get reimbursement from company.
Same happened for power bill, they could never give me invoice even after repeated follow ups – finally left it
Bill paid successfully and SMS rcvd but neither me nor them could find the same in Txn history of app/website – very strange
Same issue for a recharge done on FC 6 months back.
Got recharge success SMS from operator..but unable to track it
Meanwhile, you can edit and send receipt to get reimbursement.
Send an email first.
That will be the proof CC not helping.
