HELP! Cancelled IPO order but amount still in blocked state

I had applied for burger King ipo. But phonepe autopay failed and amount also got blocked on same day of applying. So i cancelled both the ipo order and autopay. But still amount is in blocked condition. What to do?
Ipo listing also completed today.
Please help.
Also unable to find a way to raise a complaint on Phonepe. Please guide for the same too.

Burger bhi nhi mila, Ek ke saath ek free bhi nhi mila, aur amount bhi deduct ho gayee Account me se

I have emailed NCPI and Registrar (Linkintime) and will call ICICI tomorrow, Will keep everyone posted.
Got response from registrar. From what I understand it is the bank that’s messed up.
Reply:
“Please note that as you have applied through UPI mode, contact your bank to do the needful.
We as RTA have already initiated the unblocking instructions to your Bank, through the sponsor bank, for this issue.
Also note that after unblocking funds there is no separate credit entry reflecting in Bank statement.
In UPI -ASBA there is no process of Refund. The hold release itself is an indication that the amount which was blocked earlier is now available for usage.Your total balance & available balance should be same.”
Hopefully it will show up.
I have applied for NAZARA IPO. My money is blocked in my account. But after many days, neither shares are showing in demat account nor money is unblocked.

I applied for Zomato IPO. But PHONEPE autopay failed and amount got blocked on same day of applying. So I cancelled the IPO order and tried to reapply for the IPO but the autopay failed again and the money got blocked again as well. But still amount is in blocked condition. What to do?
The IPO is not yet listed. Should I wait till it gets allotted or should I reach the bank?

I made an Rolex IPO application using sharekhan App. I received the mandate request and accepted the same. My money was blocked and I received the message regarding same from SBI.
However, I had to cancel that application yesterday due to some error. But my money is still on block by SBI.

The UPI transaction was failed in BHIM app. Not able to raise the complaint also.
@kjnagesh.24820 Same I’m also facing. My Zomato amount is still blocked. It has been revoked by UPI on 4th Aug, but still, it is blocked on my bank side. Did you receive your amount on expiry?
Booked 4 ipo but mandate was pending payment request didn’t came on upi so cancelled and applied again.but now again and again amount is blocked in account for these many many times.even am not accepting any request.pls.help it’s urgent my 1.5 lacs is blocked I bank and sbi staff told we can’t help we can’t release your money .not only that my father is age 71 cany even stand up from bed ,so i asked for an form for online banking but the staff he has to come anyhow else forget your money. nope, trying all customer care numbers. SBI bank team are making me go crazy, They close the ticket as the hold is removed, but nope.. they have not. Again have raised the complaint. Lost the hope of getting my money back

I am facing the same issue. What steps you have taken?Rs.14400 stuck while applying for GLS, SBI customer care closing ticket stating issue resolved and hold has been removed, but the amount is still blocked at account….please guide…
UPI ASBA se ipo apply mat karo even I learned that hardway. Mera bhi Glenmark Lifescience ka paisa atka hua hai. Complaint karo toh bolte hai mandate revoked, lein removed. But unko mein complaint kar kar ke thak gaya ki mere paisa double block ho gaya hai aur ek hi mandate joh successful tha uska amount unblock hua hai baaki joh doosra wala mandate pending tha woh abhi tak lein mein chal raha hai. Mere DP ne palla jhad liya aur registrar ne bhi koi help nai ki ab bas SBI hi kuch kar sakta hai but woh log toh baar baar ticket close kar rahe hai.

I have applied in clean and science IPO my funds were also got blocked but after 2 months I have finally got my mandate revoked. I am sharing my technique so I emailed to compliance officer of my IPO company (clean and science) you can search on SEBI and on YouTube how to find the email id of compliance officer
they next day they relied me back with this -

There I select my bank (SBI) and got some contact details. Those are I think are the main people who are responsible for taking IPO complaints .. you have to call them they sent you message where they sent you some email id contact no. I kept calling them regarding the status of my complaint and wrote few emails details of my account amount blocked and all (they will tell you what details are required) and today after trying for 2 months futile visits to banks and mailing to every party could be possibly involved. Finally got my mandate revoked
thing is keep checking the status of your complaint filed.. keep asking them until they confirmed the date.

The end date for UPI mandates for the Burger King IPO is 23rd December. Your bank is supposed to release the blocked amount automatically by the mandate end date. In case the release is not processed by your bank, you can escalate it at [email protected] to NPCI.
