Tracking shows the following after reaching India :-

Does anyone have idea how long it will take for the item to return from Kolkata customs. I am from Asansol. I rang Kolkata PO and asked them about the usual time frame and they said they can’t say anything. It depends on the customs dept. how long will they take for clearance.
After that i rang to http://www.kolkatacustoms.gov.in/Main/pages/con... NOBODY Taking my calls .

Any info in this regard is appreciated. I found few complaints about Kolkata customs on the web. Some of the parcels took 2-3 months for clearance.

Just file for refund. It’s common for items to go missing rather stolen at kolkata.
these babus are shameless they know their job is safe and they cannot be questioned.
If it’s high value you might be able to file RTI.
Now our ache din are its gone so rampent that foreign vendors prefer sending by DHL over any Other Services.
Yes filing for refund. But seller denies to refund. Our system is really fall into COMA. Nobody receive my calls… Its ringing and Ringing. Facebook, Twitter has been closed of http://www.kolkatacustoms.gov.in/Main/pages/con... its only SHOW OFF SHOW OFF. Nothing Else. It is not about our PM or CM. Its all about our Officers.

This means either the invoice is missing or the product is categorized under some import restriction like a BB gun or fancy knife or currency etc… You have to wait patiently, either they will ask you to come and collect it after showing proof of purchase and reason for import and pay duty, or it will reach you and you have to pay the charges for it.
Never purchase high value stuff directly overseas, many chances it will get stuck at customs. A guy ordered all components for a high performance gaming PC and got all the products in a single shipment with no charge, another guy had to pay 1250/- customs charges for a 2200/- MI 3 Router, so there is no pattern :S
There is no point to not getting these shipping 2 packages. I got lot of packages earlier from the same seller with standard shipping. But don’t know why these 2 packages they hold it. Seller says that there is no point to CN22 form missing from shipping packages. Did you ordered restricted items?
The seller described the item as USED TOYS…Used & Refurbished/Recertified products are NOT allowed to import…I am shipping internationally since like 10 years & even though sometimes it takes much longer to clear the packages at the Kolkata Foreign Customs because they get huge truckloads of foriegn packages everyday & currently there are less people working everywhere in every department in every company due to COVID… 
Even DHL charged me huge penalty few years back when the seller mentioned the words Receriieed laptop…The laptop was like $500 & DHL charged me $175 in penalty for importing Recertified goods…
I dont know what exact item you bought but this is the seller’s fault & not the custom departments’…When I ship something from my US or UK addresses, I always make sure to describe the item properly in the commercial invoice & always check atleast 10 times to remove anything which may get my package/s hold at customs…When I use the seller’s own service, I message him on what to write on the commercial invoice/shipping docs & all the sellers would do it gladly if you message/email them after your purchase…
If you have bought like an expensive electronic item & the seller writes Used Toys, you can’t expect the customs depart to clear the package because whenever they will see questionable commercial invoices like this, they will always open the package & find the real product in there & will either hold the package or will charge you high penalty…
You did not purchase any TOY, did you ?? 1x Used Toy @ Euro 158.25…This line itself is enough to hold the package even without opening it…
If you used PayPal, then file a dispute against the seller or file a chargeback with your bank if you have used a Credit or debit card, saying the seller sent a fake item & customs held your package & you tried contacting the seller but the seller is not responding to you so you want to file a chargeback to get your money back from the seller…

I would second @Sushrut.B ‘s comments, importing used items is not really encouraged. Anyway it looks like the package got released from customs? You’d most likely have duty at the rate of 42% of the declared or assessed value.

by luck you received earlier package, it is itself attract custom people, 150 euro means 13000/- and if it is hold than you have to pay approx 40% tax.

No its not pointless… Just because they released the packages before without checking does NOT mean it’s pointless… I am importing stuffs from all over the world using DHL, FedEX and also post so I know what I am saying…
No Used Toy costs Euro 158…They are not fool…
You are not supposed to import used items and that too with a false product description of used toys when you very well know yourself that you are not importing any toys…
If it would have been that simple, then we all be importing drones and asking the sellers to mark them as Used Toys… But it does not work like that… They are not stupid…
i just got 2 packages via Kolkata customs today & I’m staying in Kolkata…These were unregistered parcels so there were no tracking because the item prices were too cheap but since I pay with PayPal, I never faced any problem to get my money back… 
These came from Taiwan in just 20 days in this Covid situation & being shipped with the cheapest no tracking shipping method…One contains a BlueTooth 5.0 Transmitter & Receiver & the has 3 x laptop adapter connectors & all of these items are either not available in India or too pricey…The BT 5.0 Transmitter & Receiver only costed me like 200 & in India we can’t even get BT 3.0 adaptor at that price…
At last what happened? Did you get your items automatically?
