Help: Expired Ajio gift card Extension Related

I have added Rs 1500 Gift card to My Ajio Account in Ajio cash wallet part of which Rs. 606 I've utilised for an order placed and residue balance of Rs 894 has been marked expired by Ajio on Expiry Date(07/11/24),
Generally woohoo provides extension for expired gift cards issued by them but in this case they're saying that gift card is fully utilised and it's balance is zero so they can't extend it, May be they're are taking it as full utilisation when I've added it to my ajio wallet.
Any help is appreciated

I also lost Rs 1456 in Ajio wallet. It got expired without any notification or message. Ajio wallet is worst.
